• Aug 02, 1990 - Cessation of hostilities as determined by U.S. Government
• Dec 20, 1989 - Jan 31, 1990
• Aug 24, 1982 - July 31, 1984
• Feb 28, 1961 - May 07, 1975
• June 25, 1950 - Jan 31. 1955
• Dec 07, 1941 - Dec 31, 1946
• Apr 06, 1917 - Nov 11, 1918

Must be a daughter, step-daughter, granddaughter, or step-granddaughter of a Veteran that served during the periods listed above

Must be the son, step-son, grandson, or step-grandson of a Veteran who served during the periods listed above. If the person is still living they must be a member of a Legion, it doesn't have to be Post 54

Must belong to one of the above listed organizations
